Riyadh
The capital and largest construction market — high-rise, infrastructure and Vision 2030 programmes.
Saudi Arabia · GCC-Wide Supply
YONGMAO, POTAIN, ZOOMLION, XCMG and SYM tower cranes, GJJ and ORBIT construction hoists, and genuine OEM spare parts — supplied and serviced across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina and the NEOM region from HOE's Dubai base, since 2004.
Why HOE in the Kingdom
HOE serves Saudi Arabia from its Dubai base through established GCC logistics — so a Saudi project gets multi-brand choice, genuine OEM parts depth and cross-border spec expertise rather than one manufacturer's catalogue. From sale and rental to erection, maintenance, dismantling and parts, HOE covers the full life of a tower crane or hoist on a Saudi site.
Where We Deliver
Equipment, parts and engineers are dispatched from the Dubai depot via the GCC customs union. Lead times depend on the destination and the item — confirmed when you request a quote.
The capital and largest construction market — high-rise, infrastructure and Vision 2030 programmes.
Red Sea gateway and super-tall work — luffing-jib and high-speed hoist territory.
Eastern Province industrial and Aramco-adjacent work, where the HCIS layer often applies.
Holy-cities expansion and hospitality builds with tight-site, high-capacity demand.
Remote giga-project-scale logistics — equipment suited to megastructure work.

Giga-Project Scale
Vision 2030 programmes are driving the heaviest lifting demand in the region — high-capacity luffing-jib and flat-top cranes and twin-cage, high-speed hoists for megastructure and super-tall work. HOE's heavier YONGMAO STT/STL, ZOOMLION and XCMG range and GJJ/ORBIT hoists are suited to that class of work.
HOE positions equipment for giga-project-scale requirements; it does not claim credit for any specific named project. To scope a lift, send the capacity, reach and site, and HOE recommends the crane and hoist configuration.
Buying In, The Right Way
Importing and operating a crane in Saudi Arabia adds steps the UAE does not — conformity, a different power frequency, and a different permit model. Each is covered in depth in a dedicated guide.
SABER, SASO and the Saudi Building Code apply to cranes, hoists and parts entering the Kingdom.

Tower-crane lifting is outdoor work, so it falls under Saudi Arabia’s summer midday ban — 12:00–15:00, 15 June to 15 September. How the heat rule reshapes lift scheduling, split shifts and crane uptime.

Saudi Arabia runs a national-code-plus-municipal model — MOMRAH permits via the Balady platform, against the Saudi Building Code — with no Dubai-style Trakhees or free-zone split.

Saudi crane-parts demand is real and the counterfeit risk is a known pain point. HOE’s UAE parts cluster extended into KSA — genuine OEM sourcing for Potain, Zoomlion, YONGMAO, XCMG and GJJ, with the SABER import angle.

Neither cost post covers moving a hired crane between markets. This owns the cross-border mechanics — ATA Carnet temporary movement, the Al Batha UAE–KSA crossing, low-bed haulage of mast and jib sections.

Saudi Arabia's third-party inspection cycle mirrors the UAE pattern but runs through a different ecosystem — international houses plus local ISO 17020 bodies — with an Aramco/HCIS layer on industrial sites.

A hoist, slewing or trolley motor wound for a 50Hz UAE site behaves differently on Saudi Arabia’s 60Hz grid — and a 50Hz-only nameplate can be rejected at the border. The cross-border spec trap few competitors cover.
