Saudi Arabia · GCC-Wide Supply

Tower cranes & hoists,
supplied across Saudi Arabia.

YONGMAO, POTAIN, ZOOMLION, XCMG and SYM tower cranes, GJJ and ORBIT construction hoists, and genuine OEM spare parts — supplied and serviced across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Mecca, Medina and the NEOM region from HOE's Dubai base, since 2004.

Why HOE in the Kingdom

A GCC-wide supplier,
not a single-brand depot.

HOE serves Saudi Arabia from its Dubai base through established GCC logistics — so a Saudi project gets multi-brand choice, genuine OEM parts depth and cross-border spec expertise rather than one manufacturer's catalogue. From sale and rental to erection, maintenance, dismantling and parts, HOE covers the full life of a tower crane or hoist on a Saudi site.

  • Multi-brand independence. YONGMAO, POTAIN, ZOOMLION, XCMG, SYM cranes and GJJ, ORBIT hoists — all supplied and serviced.
  • Genuine OEM only. Serial-number traceability and documentation; no grey-market structural parts.
  • Cross-border spec expertise. The 60Hz power and SABER/SASO import questions, answered before they cost you a delay.
  • 24/7 breakdown support across the GCC, with parts dispatched from Dubai stock.
  • Quoted in SAR. Per-project pricing — send the model and site for a fixed-price quote.

Where We Deliver

Across the Kingdom,
city by city.

Equipment, parts and engineers are dispatched from the Dubai depot via the GCC customs union. Lead times depend on the destination and the item — confirmed when you request a quote.

Riyadh

The capital and largest construction market — high-rise, infrastructure and Vision 2030 programmes.

Jeddah

Red Sea gateway and super-tall work — luffing-jib and high-speed hoist territory.

Dammam & Al Khobar

Eastern Province industrial and Aramco-adjacent work, where the HCIS layer often applies.

Mecca & Medina

Holy-cities expansion and hospitality builds with tight-site, high-capacity demand.

NEOM & Tabuk region

Remote giga-project-scale logistics — equipment suited to megastructure work.

Giga-Project Scale

Equipment built for
the heaviest lifting.

Vision 2030 programmes are driving the heaviest lifting demand in the region — high-capacity luffing-jib and flat-top cranes and twin-cage, high-speed hoists for megastructure and super-tall work. HOE's heavier YONGMAO STT/STL, ZOOMLION and XCMG range and GJJ/ORBIT hoists are suited to that class of work.

HOE positions equipment for giga-project-scale requirements; it does not claim credit for any specific named project. To scope a lift, send the capacity, reach and site, and HOE recommends the crane and hoist configuration.

Buying In, The Right Way

The KSA-only steps
UAE buyers never faced.

Importing and operating a crane in Saudi Arabia adds steps the UAE does not — conformity, a different power frequency, and a different permit model. Each is covered in depth in a dedicated guide.

Import conformity

SABER, SASO and the Saudi Building Code apply to cranes, hoists and parts entering the Kingdom.

SABER & SASO guide

50Hz vs 60Hz power

Saudi Arabia runs 60Hz where the UAE runs 50Hz — a real spec issue for motors, VFDs and brakes.

Permits & the SBC

Saudi Arabia — Frequently Asked

Does HOE supply tower cranes and construction hoists in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. HOE supplies and services YONGMAO, POTAIN, ZOOMLION, XCMG and SYM tower cranes and GJJ and ORBIT construction and passenger hoists across Saudi Arabia, alongside genuine OEM spare parts. HOE serves the Kingdom from its Dubai base through established GCC logistics — sales and supply, erection and climbing, breakdown and maintenance, dismantling, spare parts and inspection or rental support. Send the crane or hoist make, model and your site location for a quote.
Which Saudi cities and regions does HOE cover?
HOE supports projects in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam and Al Khobar (Eastern Province), Mecca, Medina, the NEOM and Tabuk region, and the wider Kingdom. Equipment, parts and engineers are dispatched from the Dubai depot via the GCC customs union, so lead times depend on the destination and the part — confirm the current timeline when you request a quote.
Does HOE have a yard or office inside Saudi Arabia?
HOE is a UAE-based supplier serving Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC from its Dubai depot, not a company with an in-Kingdom rental fleet. That is deliberate: the advantage HOE offers KSA projects is multi-brand independence (parts and equipment for several OEMs, not just one), genuine OEM sourcing with documentation, cross-border spec expertise (the 60Hz and SABER questions), and a 24/7 breakdown line — rather than a single-brand local depot.
Do I need SABER or SASO conformity to import a crane into Saudi Arabia?
Import conformity through the SABER platform — a product certificate plus a per-shipment certificate, tied to SASO product-safety requirements — applies to regulated products entering Saudi Arabia, and non-conformity can hold equipment at the border. Whether and exactly how it applies to a specific crane, hoist or part should be confirmed with a SASO-recognised conformity body or your customs broker before shipping. HOE handles conformity and logistics as part of Sales & Supply; see the dedicated import guide.
Saudi Arabia runs on 60Hz — does that affect a crane specced for the UAE?
Yes. Much of Saudi Arabia runs at 60Hz where the UAE and most of the GCC run at 50Hz, which changes how hoist, slewing and trolley motors and their VFDs behave, and a 50Hz-only nameplate can be an issue at the border. A UAE-spec crane is not always a drop-in for a KSA site. The per-unit behaviour is OEM- and model-specific — confirm it with the OEM and the Saudi Electricity Company. The 50Hz-vs-60Hz guide explains what to check.
Can HOE supply spare parts for a crane or hoist it did not originally sell?
Yes. HOE supplies genuine OEM spare parts on a brand-agnostic basis for POTAIN, YONGMAO, ZOOMLION, XCMG and SYM tower cranes and GJJ and ORBIT hoists across the GCC, regardless of who originally sold or erected the machine. Send the make, model and serial number (or a photo of the worn part) and HOE will identify the correct OEM part and confirm availability and lead time to your Saudi site.
How do I get a price for a tower crane or parts in Saudi Arabia?
Pricing is quoted per project in SAR, because the figure depends on crane class, contract length, wet or dry hire, mobilization distance, site conditions and the compliance overlay. Send the crane or hoist make and model (or the part list), the site location and your target dates to sales on +971 50 144 4810 or via the contact form, and HOE returns availability, lead time and a fixed-price quotation.
