What brands of tower crane do you supply?
We are authorised regional partners for YONGMAO, POTAIN, ZOOMLION, XCMG and SYM tower cranes — across flat-top, hammerhead and topless configurations from 6 t to 25 t maximum load. For hoists we supply ORBIT and GJJ, including twin-cage and high-speed passenger / material units.
How fast can you mobilise a crane to my site?
From our Dubai depot, in-stock cranes can typically be on site within 5–10 working days for UAE projects, and 2–4 weeks for KSA / wider GCC depending on permitting and freight. We confirm a firm mobilisation date as part of the quote.
Are your spare parts genuine OEM?
Yes. Every mast section, motor, gearbox, inverter and structural part shipped by HOE is sourced directly from the manufacturer or an authorised distributor and is traceable by serial number. HOE does not supply grey-market parts.
Do you handle erection and dismantling?
Yes — and we cover everything around it: crane foundation design, bracing supports, reaction-force calculations for both external and internal floor climbing, certified erection and climbing, controlled dismantling and demobilisation. All with documented method statements and third-party inspection support, or we can work alongside your nominated rigging contractor.
Do you offer 24/7 breakdown response?
Yes. Our Dubai workshop is staffed with engineers and technicians specialized in tower cranes and construction hoists, equipped with diagnostic equipment, special tools and mobile maintenance crews operating around the clock. What's the difference between L46A1 and L68B mast sections?
The L46 series is a 1.6 m square mast typical of lighter / mid-size cranes — common on Yongmao STT153 and similar. The L68B family (B1/B2/B3) is a 2.0 m square heavy mast used on larger cranes and for greater free-standing heights. We carry both in Dubai stock and can advise on compatibility for your crane model.
Can I rent rather than buy?
Yes. HOE offers short-term and long-term rental of tower cranes and construction hoists, available with or without operator, maintenance and spare-parts coverage. Monthly rates decrease with deployment duration; long-term contracts price lower than short-term.
What certifications do your cranes carry?
All units are supplied with OEM technical documentation and are erected to be compliant with Dubai Municipality / local authority requirements, with third-party inspection (TPI) certificates from accredited inspection bodies. Annual recertification and load testing are part of our service portfolio.
Which regions do you serve?
Our operational base is in Dubai. We actively serve the entire MENA region — UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt and beyond — through a combination of direct mobilisation and regional partners.
