HOE is an abbreviation for House Of Equipment — the legal entity is HOE For Construction Equipment & Machinery Trading Co. LLC, often shortened to HOE CEM in industry context.

House Of Equipment (HOE) was established in the United Arab Emirates as an innovative, rapidly growing specialist in managing, trading, and servicing construction equipment and spare parts — with a focus on tower cranes and hoists for the region's most demanding sites.

Our workshop is staffed with engineers and technicians specialized in tower cranes & hoists, equipped with diagnostic equipment, special tools and mobile maintenance crews running round-the-clock. We cover everything from crane foundation design, bracing supports, and reaction-force calculations for external and internal floor climbing through to dismantling and spare-parts dispatch.

When was HOE founded and where are you based?
HOE For Construction Equipment & Machinery Trading Co. LLC is a Dubai-based supplier of tower cranes and hoists, established in 2004. Our operational base in Dubai serves the Middle East and North Africa.
Which OEM brands do you represent?
We are an authorised regional partner for YONGMAO, POTAIN, ZOOMLION, XCMG and SYM tower cranes, and for ORBIT and GJJ construction hoists.
Do you only supply equipment, or do you service it too?
Both. HOE handles the full lifecycle: supply, erection and climbing (with foundation design and reaction-force calculations), 24/7 breakdown response, preventive maintenance, dismantling, and OEM spare parts dispatch from Dubai stock.
Why work with HOE versus a generic equipment trader?

Are your services certified?
Cranes are erected to Dubai Municipality and other local authority requirements, supplied with OEM documentation, and inspected by accredited third-party inspection (TPI) bodies. Annual recertification and load testing are part of our portfolio.
